The internal Kick Off Performance Contract 2025 of PT Tirta Sari Surya was held on Monday (17/2) with the theme Founder's Mentality. The importance of a company having a commitment to achieving every operational target for mutual success.

The activity was opened with a screening of a flashback video of PT Tirta Sari Surya's 2024. Beautiful moments, joy, joint efforts, and clips of factory achievements created emotion and laughter during the screening. The joy was also beautifully depicted in the ice breaking moment which became the melting pot at this big moment.

The Operational Director of PT Tirta Sari Surya, Mr. Bambang Agus Purwanto, conveyed the current condition of rubber on a national scale and the targets that the factory must achieve in the next year. The management team also conveyed the initiative strategies that must be carried out in achieving all operational targets. Top management agreed with one positive thing as a spark of enthusiasm, namely 'optimism.'.

The ratification of the commitment to achieving the latest operational targets of PT Tirta Sari Surya was carried out symbolically through the submission of documents and the cutting of the tumpeng by top management. The new spirit that emerged from that day also took part in the signing of signatures by all participants at the 'sign contract moment' as the closing of the activity.
