We believe that preserving and improving farmer welfare is critical to the long-term viability of natural rubber production. We believe that by combining best agricultural practices with sustainable practices, we will be able to improve productivity and support our partner farmers.

We have a "Smallholder Partnership Program," which was established to reach out and encourage smallholder groups with the objective of developing long-term relationships with the company. More than 20,000 farmers have collaborated with Kirana Megatara Group in North Sumatra, South Sumatra, Jambi, West Kalimantan, Bangka, and Lampung Islands. This initiative encourages the use of the best agricultural methods mixed with sustainable practices. The program contains initiatives aimed at increasing rubber yield, enhancing the livelihoods of smallholder farmers, and establishing a more efficient supply chain.

In 2023, working together with smallholders in South Sumatra, we successfully obtained FSC-FM certification for 945.1 hectares of natural rubber garden.
