We are committed to implementing management practices that are in line with the principles of good corporate governance, preventing corruption, bribery, and other forms of fraud through an internal control system. We also established a whistle-blowing system to ensure that all complaints and grievances are addressed.

In the supply chain, we ensure that all of our suppliers are committed to providing responsible and sustainable raw materials. We have implemented the "Kirana Megatara Supplier Code of Conduct" based on our sustainability policy guidelines and shared it to our suppliers. By 2030, we aim to have 100% of our supply comply with the Sustainable Natural Rubber Policy.

In collaboration with RubberWay, we also map supply chain risks in terms of social and environmental aspects. We map the risks of each of our suppliers to ensure that the raw materials produced originate from sources with low risk of deforestation, and we will gradually implement mitigation measures on high-risk suppliers through programs we develop. Internally, we designed Rubber Notes, a digital application for raw material traceability, as part of the initiative to reach a traceability percentage that will go up to 100% by 2030.
