Basic Safety Training for New Employees at PT Kirana Musi Persada

Tuesday, September 27, 2022 in the meeting room of PT Kirana Musi Persada From 09:00 to 14:00 WIB, a Basic Safety Training has been held for new employees who have not received basic safety training. This training was attended by 12 employees from various division (Production, Engineering, Finance, General Affairs, etc.). The Basic Safety training will be provide participants with an overview of how to manage a work environment that is safe, comfortable, free of accidents and occupational diseases. Expectation for this activity all the participants will be understanding the principles of occupational safety and health in the environment so as to creating a culture of safety and health that will reduce the impact of workplace accidents.

"The purpose of this training is to increasing employee awareness about safety and health at work and the importance of using PPE when working the activities to avoid work accidents." Said Juan Wijaya Marbun (Factory Manager) in his speech.

"I think this training is very useful, I understood more what unsafe action and unsafe conditions are and become more carefully because personal safety is very important," said Ade Irawan (Production Operator).

"After join in this training, I will focus and very carefully at work so that I can avoid the 3K, namely accidents, sadness and misfortunes as stated by Mr. Rasyid earlier." said Predi (sorting operator).

Until the end of the event, the activity has running sucsessful and orderly and also the training participants seemed very enthusiastic to take part in the training and focused on listening to the presentation explained by Mr. Rasyid (Trainer Training).
