Benchmark to PT Dharma Electrindo Manufacturing Cirebon

On Wednesday, February 7, 2024, Kirana Megatara conducted a benchmark visit to PT Dharma Electrindo Manufacturing (DEM) Plant in Cirebon. The purpose of this visit was to learn and gain insights into various positive aspects related to the 5R, Safety protocols, Improvement strategies, Operational Excellence practices, Workforce Development Programs, and Work Culture that can be learned from PT DEM.
