Convention 21: Improvement Contest PT. Kirana Megatara – Head Office

To increase awareness of Kirana Megatara’s head office employees towards improvement activities, Management Development Dept. of Kirana Megatara Group initiated an improvement activity called “Convention 21” to give the oppurtunity for employees to compete their improvement ideas. This event was the first improvement contest in HO area, 7 teams who passed the judging activity namely QCC Gembil (FO), QCC CPD Squad (CPD), QCC CUIT (ICT), SS Cucu Maksum (HRGA), SS Rafiq Daulay (FO), SS Vidya (FO) & PPS Dicky (FO)
