Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 07:00 to 16:00 WIB, PT Kirana Musi Persada held a team-building activity, which was located at the Sekayu District Horse Stable Field, Musi Banyuasin Regency, and was attended by all 338 employees. With the theme "Becoming a winner by building teamwork and a new mindset," this team building was filled with exciting and interesting activities. Starting with a speech and reading of board messages by Mr. Frans Kurniawan (Director of Operations), a joint prayer, then continued with games and the distribution of door prizes.
Team building refers to a series of activities designed to improve cooperation, communication, and engagement among team members of a company. It's not just about having fun with team members outside of work hours, but more about creating a strong foundation for working together effectively in the work environment. Until the end of the event, the activity ran smoothly and orderly, and the employees looked very enthusiastic about following the team-building activities. The event ended with the awarding of prizes for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th game winners and the awarding of door prizes by the Management of PT Kirana Musi Persada.
