Implementation of the TUV Rheinland Audit at PT Kirana Musi Persada

PT Kirana Musi Persada is ensuring the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system has been implemented consistently, effectively, efficiently, and integrated. ISO 9001:2015 is a quality management standard designed to assist organizations in ensuring that they can meet the needs of their customers and stakeholders and fulfill statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements related to their products or services by considering risk management. In this regard, on March 13, 2024, a TUV Rheinland ISO 9001:2015 audit was carried out at PT Kirana Musi Persada by the TUV Rheinland audit team, which is the international certification body appointed to carry out ISO 9001:2015 certification within the Indonesian POM Agency.
The implementation of the TUV Rheinland audit, spearheaded by Muhammad Abdullah (auditor), involved checking the readiness, completeness, and management of data, as well as maintenance, safety, and environment at PT Kirana Musi Persada, so that Management can review and improve areas that are still not meeting standards.
Muhammad Abdullah, the auditor from TUV Rheinland, said at the opening meeting that the aim of carrying out this audit was to ensure the suitability of the management system that had been implemented in all business processes at PT KMP with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
At the closing meeting, the results of the TUV Rheinland audit were presented, where there was a lot of conformity in the implementation of the quality management system with quality standards, and the result was "Zero Finding" and the lead auditor recommended issuing an SNI certificate for PT Kirana Musi Persada. However, apart from that, there are still several suggestions recommended by the auditor for the future, so it needs to be improved again. Apart from that, the auditor also appreciated the various positive aspects and innovations that have been carried out by PT Kirana Musi Persada to support the company's performance.
"I would like to thank all of the respective departments (Factory, Office & Purchasing) who have worked hard to make the implementation of this TUV Rheinland audit a success and thank God that in 2024 KMP will be Zero Finding again like last year. "In my opinion, this is a good start, and hopefully, in the implementation of the TUV audit next year, we will still consistently maintain this positive trend, namely zero findings," said Mr. Frans Kurniawan (Operations Director) in his closing speech.
