Inauguration of Kirana Learning Center
On February 2, 2021, Kirana Learning Center inauguration ceremony, known as Kirana Teaching Hospital, was held, in order to improve skills and competencies in order to prepare the best cadres.
PT Karini Utama was appointed to be the organizer of this activity and it is hoped that it will become a place to learn and develop knowledge through field practices. This is in line with the vision conveyed by Mr. Martinus S Sinarya as president director of Kirana Megatara, to make Kirana Megatara produce superior cadres who can develop the company in the future.
The inauguration ceremony which was attended by representatives of the head office management, PT Karini Utama management, and several invited guests was simple and carried out virtually because it was still in the Covid-19 pandemic era.
The event was opened through the opening speech from Bpk. Martinus S. Sinarya explained that the essence of the Teaching Hospital program is not defined as a hospital where employees with problems, but a place for doctors (the best cadres) to gain knowledge and apply it directly in they area. Followed by remarks from Mr. Benny Singgih as the person in charge of the Teaching Hospital program, expressed the importance of this project as a development program where employees are an important and valuable asset of a company.
The event continued with the handover of pins to participants and internal trainers from the appointed school principals, namely Mr. Andy Trisno to class president Mr. Janfrido from PT Djambi Waras (Jambi) and the handover of a pin from the school principal to the head trainer, Mr. Sumadi. The participants of Theacing Hospital are representatives of technical team members from 7 factories such as: PT Jambi Waras (Jambi), PT Kirana Permata, PT Kirana Musi Persada, PT Bintang Agung Persada, PT Komering Jaya Perdana, PT New Kalbar Processor and PT Kirana Windu. This program will be implemented for approximately 2 months, in-class training and followed by on-job training (OJT).
