Kirana DNA Refreshment Training at PT New Kalbar Processors

The Kirana DNA refreshment training was successfully held at PT New Kalbar Processors on Saturday (20/7). Attended by all employees of PT NKP, the refreshment aimed to build a strong mentality for the Insan Kirana, increase awareness of the Kirana DNA values, and enhance the internalization of these values within the company environment.

The implementation of this refreshment was motivated by several factors: first, the Kirana DNA values are the foundation for the Insan Kirana Megatara. Second, there has been a decline in awareness of these values. Third, there is a need for reminders and refreshment of the Kirana DNA values.

The Kirana DNA refreshment was divided into several sessions and topics. The material points presented included Company Culture, Values of Integrity & Ethics, Excellence, Compassion, Humility, followed by a Talkshow and Personal Reflection. Additionally, there was an agenda for the signing of an Integrity Pact via the system (portal) which was symbolically signed by the Operations Director and Manager.

This refreshment became even more special as it was attended in person by Mr. Martinus S. Sinarya, the President Director along with the Board of Directors of the Kirana Megatara Group during the Talkshow and Q&A session. The event was successfully organized thanks to the good cooperation between the internal committee of PT NKP and the team from the Head Office.
