Kirana DNA Training at PT Kirana Musi Persada

The socialization of Kirana DNA values must continue to be carried out continuously for all people in the Kirana Megatara Group. It is believed that in this way, people will have a uniform understanding of the Kirana DNA Values and ultimately, these will be implemented into the behavior of all People in the Kirana megatara Group. In order to build this culture, PT Kirana Musi Persada has scheduled Kirana DNA training for employees in stages, and this is a series of programs to socialize Kirana DNA values for all PT Kirana Musi Persada employees.
The Kirana DNA training was carried out on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, with the target participants being employees (operator level), while for employees at the cashier, substation, staff, and admin levels, it was carried out in 2023. Of course, this training is very useful for employees so that they can understand what Kirana DNA is so that it can be implemented in their respective work areas.
The long-term goal of carrying out this training is so that employees can understand Kirana DNA's values well and uniformly. It is hoped that they can behave in accordance with these values consistently, which will ultimately shape the company culture." Said Mr. Frans Kurniawan (Operational Director) in his speech.
"For every employee, of course, we will participate in this Kirana DNA training agenda evenly in every related department, including new employees who have never attended this training; they will also be the target participants for the Kirana DNA training," added Hersaguran (Training Staff).
Until the end of the event, the activity ran smoothly and orderly, and the training participants seemed very enthusiastic about listening to the material presented by Mr. Bahren Effendi (Head of Personnel and General Affairs).
