Kirana Megatara Extraodinari General Meeting of Shareholders 2023

PT Kirana Megatara Tbk ("Company") has held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), September, 15 2023 in Jakarta.

The agenda item, have been discussed and approved at the EGMS are:
1). The first agenda item discusses adjusment to several provisions in the Company's article associations.
2). The second agenda item discusses adjusment composition of the members Company's Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.
