Lively & Exciting Employee Gathering 2024 PT Kirana Permata

Muara Enim, October 19, 2024 – PT Kirana Permata successfully held its annual Employee Gathering event at the factory on October 19, 2024. This event was attended by all employees of 3 shifts from various divisions, including KPT2 or Depnas, who were all present, with the aim of strengthening ties and increasing team spirit.

 

 

The event began with a warm welcome from the Operational Director of PT Kirana Permata, Mr. Cong Chia, who appreciated the dedication and hard work of all employees over the past year. In his remarks, he also emphasized the importance of collaboration and innovation in facing industry challenges and the importance of the Founder's Mentality according to the 2025 board message.

 

 

The activity continued with various games and team competitions that were full of joy. Each division actively participated, and the atmosphere full of laughter and togetherness was very much felt. In addition, there was a session of sharing experiences from several employees who had contributed greatly to the company's important projects.

 

As the highlight of the event, door prizes were given to the employees who attended. The door prizes distributed were also unique, such as house dresses, Indonesian national team uniforms, fishing rods, Android TVs, and the grand prize was a refrigerator.

The event was closed with a dinner session together, where employees could chat and strengthen relationships between co-workers. With the end of this gathering, it is hoped that the spirit of togetherness and collaboration will continue to grow in the PT Kirana Permata work environment.
"Hopefully this event will be a trigger for motivation for all of us to continue to give our best for the company," said one of the event committee members.
