On Tuesday, August 27, 2024, the Bokar Institute celebrated the successful completion of its OJT 3 training with a project presentation exam at PT Kirana Musi Persada. The event, part of the ongoing training for rubber quality specialists, was attended by six participants from various branches of PT Djambi Waras and other associated companies.

The training, aimed at educating experts in measuring the dry rubber content supplied by farmers and traders, took place from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The participants, including David Jhonatan Sinaga, Khoirudin Mustofa, Dino Bahari, Nando Raliandika Kurniawan, Alfaizar Khoiri, and Fajar Yuliandi, presented their final projects before a panel of judges. This panel included esteemed figures such as Mr. Thinaharan Muthusammy (Deputy CROO), Mr. David Tjoa (Directorate Operation), and Mr. Denny Setiawan (Division Sourcing).

Following their rigorous evaluation, all participants of Batch 09 were declared successful and graduated as expert staff in rubber quality assessment. This milestone was previously set with written and appraisal exams on August 22, 2024.

Reflecting on their journey, participant Dino Bahari expressed gratitude, saying, “After months of hard work, our efforts have paid off. We are thrilled to have passed the exams and become expert staff. We hope to apply the knowledge gained in rubber quality assessment accurately to aid the bokar purchasing process.”

Echoing this sentiment, Nando Raliandika Kurniawan thanked the management and training staff for their exceptional support and the opportunity to grow and learn. He noted, “The past months have been transformative, and we thank everyone, especially our mentors at the Head Office, for their guidance and patience.”

As the participants return to their respective factories, they carry with them not only new skills but also a sense of responsibility and anticipation for applying their knowledge effectively.
