PDCA Cross Factory Meeting at PT Kirana Musi Persada

PT Kirana Megatara Group is once again hosting the monthly PDCA Cross Factory meeting, with PT Kirana Musi Persada serving as this month's venue on May 22–23, 2024. The meeting is attended by the Head Office Team, represented by Mr. Achmad Effendi (CROO of KM Group) and Erikson P Sagala (Department HC Business Partner & IR), as well as representatives from the management of PT Bintang Agung Persada, PT Kirana Windu, PT New Kalbar Processors, and PT Nusira. During this session, representatives from the related factories conduct field genba and present their performance achievements for April 2024, as well as plans for the upcoming month.

Mr. Achmad Effendi (CROO of KM Group) expressed appreciation for the overall performance of the company, highlighting that employees are a crucial asset for the continuity of the business.
