PT Bintang Agung Persada Increases Team Synergy with Clean Friday Activities

Banyuasin, November 15, 2024 – PT Bintang Agung Persada is once again implementing the routine Clean Friday program as a concrete form of strengthening synergy and teamwork at all levels of the company. This activity took place from 08.40 to 10.00 WIB, attended by the Operational Director (Dirops), managers, section heads (Kasie), sub-section heads (Kasubsie), and staff, with the active participation of Operational Director Rikson Tambunan and Purchasing Manager Rasuan.

 

In his remarks, Rikson Tambunan emphasized the importance of building strong teamwork with five main pillars: communication, coordination, mutual respect, contribution, and agreement. "A strong team not only pursues results but also maintains the process.

 

 

If one of these elements does not work well, then team cohesion will be disrupted," he said. He also appealed to all employees to continue to apply the 5R culture (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, and Rajin) as a form of responsibility and awareness of the work environment.

 

 

Purchasing Manager, Rasuan, said that the Clean Friday activity aims to raise awareness of cleanliness in the workplace and surrounding environment. "Through this activity, we want to instill a sense of responsibility and shared concern in maintaining cleanliness," he added.

 

 

Meanwhile, Factory Manager Jujuh Sopian highlighted the importance of collaboration between the engineering team and the SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) team in managing waste. "Almost 90 percent of the waste in the scrap area comes from the engineering team. We hope that the engineering team maintains cleanliness and communicates well with the SHE team," he explained. Jujuh emphasized that this collaboration not only has an impact on cleanliness but also creates an efficient and harmonious work environment.
