PT Komering Jaya Perdana Successfully Holds Blood Donation, a Form of Concern for Others

Bandar Mataram, October 4, 2024 – In an effort to raise awareness of the importance of blood donation and helping others, PT Komering Jaya Perdana is again holding a routine blood donation activity in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Central Lampung Branch.

 

 

Arif Budi Setiawan, Spv Safety, said, "This blood donation activity is a routine company agenda that is carried out every six months. We hope that this activity can provide great benefits to the community and help meet the need for blood in hospitals."

 

Blood donation activities are carried out to improve and also maintain the health of workers, where from this blood donation they receive benefits such as reducing the risk of heart disease and cancer, helping to reduce calories, and also increasing the production of red blood cells in the body. For blood recipients, they also feel the benefits of helping to treat various diseases and helping after undergoing major surgery that requires blood assistance.
