PT Pantja Surya 2024 Management Review Meeting (RTM)

On Thursday, February 15, 2024, Management, Section Heads, and PIC held a 2024 Management Review Meeting (RTM), at which time they discussed performance in 2023 and discussed strategic planning for 2024 that would be achieved or carried out. The Tinajuan Management Meeting was held at the Banyu Wangi Waterpark tourist attraction located in Limapuluh Kec. Lima Puluh districts. Batubara.
The event began with short remarks from PT Pantja Surya Management, represented by Hidayat Lubis as Operational Director of Pantja Surya. Then the event continued with discussions of RTM and SI Management and discussions of internal and external issues for 2023 and strategies for 2024. By carrying out this RTM, it is hoped that all progress that has not been achieved, as well as progress that will be achieved in 2024, can be resolved quickly. Therefore, the existence of RTM supports the performance of section heads in conveying issues in related sections.
The Management Review Meeting (RTM) activity ended with the exchange of gifts between fellow participants. This provided a positive aspect to fellow participants by giving and receiving each other, in other words, being sincere with what they got. All the gifts received by each participant felt very happy, and they were surprised by the contents of the gifts received. This gave fellow participants a joke about the gifts they received.
