Review of PDCA Cross Factory at PT Komering Jaya Perdana

PT Komering Jaya Perdana, Terbanggi Ilir - A company is obliged to regularly evaluate its performance over a certain period of time in order to see potential improvements in various areas. In order to improve performance, Kirana Megatara Tbk held a PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) Cross Factory Review on February 19–20, 2024 at PT Komering Jaya Perdana. Those who were present were: Kirana Windu, Bintang Agung Persada, Tirta Sari Surya, and Djambi Waras Jujuhan.In addition to several subsidiaries of Kirana Megatara Tbk who followed the PDCA Cross Factory Review, there were also representatives of the Head Office, namely CROO, Advisor, Department Head Process Engineer, and Deputy Dept Batch Control. At the reception, Deputy CROO presented how to continue to maintain the stability of OPH Production, conduct the CRP Program, run the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and manage people by way of Discussion, Communication, and Coordination between teams.
