Social Support in Senamat Village by PT. Anugrah Bungo Lestari as one of the branches of GAPKINDO Jambi
Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic that hasn’t shown signs of subsiding, along with the increase in common grocery prices, Gabungan Perusahaan Karet Indonesia (GAPKINDO), also known as the Congregation of Indonesian Rubber Companies, together with PT. Anugrah Bungo Lestari, known as one of the rubber companies in Muara Bungo, worked together to deliver CSR support in the form of Bantuan Sosial (BanSos), or Social Help, for the people of the Senamat Village, in the Pelepat district.
The Social Help that was being delivered, is a form of concern and care toward the people living close to the perimeters of the company. The Social Help targets citizens that are deemed economically underprivileged, elderly, and widows.
The help that was being delivered took in the form of rice packets, accepted by a good number of roughly 83 people. The social help was given directly to the people on the 22nd of March 2022. The Social Help was attended by company representatives and the labor unions of PT Anugrah Bungo Lestari.
