Team Building Activities Increase Improvement at PT Pantja Surya

In order to improve quality and encourage the improvement of PT. Pantja Surya held a team building event. This activity was carried out in the mess yard and was attended by around 42 participants. With this activity which is carried out every year, it is hoped that it will produce better improvements so that the company's targets are achieved optimally. The event began with a brief remark from the Management of PT Pantja Surya who was represented by Hidayat Lubis as Pantja Surya's Director of Operations and Usman Adi as Chair of the Improvement Committee. Then the event continued with playing games that aim to increase cohesiveness between teams. In this event, there was also a symbolic handover for the winners of the Kirana Improvement Forum as well as prizes for each game the participants participated in.
