Visit Top Management Buyer Bridgestone to PT Nusira

Tuesday, 26 July 2022 PT Nusira welcomes Mr. Takamori Umeda (President of Bridgestone Singapore Pte Ltd) with his team: Mr. Nakashima, Mr. Kenny, and Ms. Fanny to visit Nusira's factory located in Medan, North Sumatra. The first visit from Mr. Takamori Umeda was aimed at directly observing the Nusira factory operational process as well as staying in touch with the Kirana Megatara Group Management. Also accompanying the visit from Bridgstone were Kirana Megatara Group's Top Management, namely Mr. Hendy Endarwan (Chief Supply Chain & IT Officer), Mr. Ling Yew (Chief Commercial Officer), Mr. Bambang Wijaya (Div Head Sales & Marketing), and Mr. Alvin Tanaga ( Div Head Factory Operation) and his team Mrs. Ratna Krista Titus (Supply Chain Kirana Group).

This First Buyer Visit from Bridgestone's Top Management indicates that the COVID-19 pandemic conditions has decreased, which previously made it difficult for Buyers (International Visits) to visit the Kirana Group factory for the past 2 years. In the future, other Kirana Group buyers such as Goodyear, Yokohama, Sumitomo, and Michelin are also planning to start visiting/buyer visits to other Kirana Group factories. All Kirana Group factories are expected to continue to maintain and improve 5R, Safety, Quality, and Production Stability to always optimally the requirements and expectations of all Kirana Group's Valuable Customers.
