Martinus Subandi Sinarya

President Director

Martinus S. Sinarya completed his Civil Engineering degree at the Catholic University of Parahyangan, Bandung, in 1986.  In 2009 he was entrusted to manage PT Kirana Megatara and its subsidiaries serving as its President Director.

Prior to his current position, he was associated with PT Lintas Adhikrida between 1998-2007 first as its Managing Director, and later as the President Director.  Part of the period, that is between 2001-2007, has seen him running the footwear factory, PT Adis Dimension Footwear, in the capacity of Deputy President Director, and subsequently the President Director.  Deputy President Director was also his highest position during his spell with  the previous firm, PT Chungsan Mitra International (1995-1997).

Indeed, it was part of a remarkable career ascension during the 1992-1997 period, where he held the positions of General Manager and Managing Director at PT Binabusana Internusa (1992-1997), a garment company, while simultaneously became the General Manager in two other affiliates, PT Bina Sandang Internusa and PT Mims Mitra Busana (1992-1995).  His stellar career all started when he joined PT Astra International Tbk, and successfully rose to occupy the position of Technology Development Manager.

Jenny Widjaja

Graduated from the Bogor Institue of Agriculture, Bogor, Indonesia with a degree in Agriculture Economics/Agribusiness in 1995, followed by a Masters of Commerce (Finance) degree two years later form the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.

Before serving her current position as the Chief Finance Officer at Kirana Megatara, and before her arrival with the Triputra Group in 2011, she had assumed key positions at various corporations. In 1998 she became the Treasury Supervisor at PT Jakarta International Hotel and Development Tbk, and Senior Investment Manager at PT AXA Service Indonesia, two years later. She took the responsibility of the Division Head of Accounting, Tax and Inverstor Reations, at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Indonesia in 2005, became the Head of Investment at PT Panin Life Tbk, in 2006, and served in the capacity of Vice President of Financial Planning & Project Division at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk, from 2010-2011.

Achmad Effendi

Director

Achmad Effendi earned Bachelor of Economic from Muhammadiyah University, Malang in 1996. He has been serving as Director since 2017. He has held various essential positions throughout his career, such as Chief Region for Jambi Area, West Kalimantan Area and North Sumatera in PT Kirana Megatara (2012-2016), Deputy Office Region North Sumatera in PT Adira Finance (2007-2012), National Sales Manager in Citibank (2006-2007), Head of Region South Jakarta in Bank Bumiputera (1997-2005) and Accounting Staff in Borsumej Wehry Indonesia (1996-1997).

Hendy Endarwan

Director

Indonesian Citizen, 49 years old. Attained his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineer from University of Indonesia in 1994 and Master of Marketing Management from University of Indonesia in 1998. Prior to serving as Chief Operation Officer (COO) at PT Kirana Megatara Tbk, he served as Factory Operations Division Head at PT Kirana Megatara Tbk for the 2014-2018 period, and Senior General Manager of Production, Planning Inventory Control and Logistics at Toppan Printing Indonesia for the period 2001-2014.

Ho Wai Leong

Director

Ho Wai Leong was born on 23 Aug 1976 in Singapore. He acquired his marketing diploma at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 1996, followed by bachelor's degree Business Administration (Degree with Distinction) in 2000 at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).

Before he serves in Kirana Megatara as a Marketing Director, he had been in several key positions at several companies.  In 2000-2006 he served as a Senior Trader at ADM Pte Ltd, followed by Chief Trading Officer of R1 International Pte Ltd from 2006 until now. Another position he is serving now is as a Director at Archipelago Rubber Trading from 2017.
